Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Goods:

If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at

Please include your order number for expedited service.

Returns/Exchange Restrictions:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box, along with a copy of invoice.

Only items purchased on may be accepted for exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store. 

Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Once we receive your returned items(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to Hong Kong only. We are unable to ship to international destinations, outlying islands, restricted areas, hotels and G.P.O. addresses.
